We had Michael Sherman come to our annual company training event at the start of the year. Mr. Sherman was able to engage our crew through his storytelling and left a lasting impression on our group. New and different ! Engaging presentation. Michael is engaging and speaks to the audience like he knows you! The class is limited in size, so you get what feels like a one on one . He uses nothing but a white board and some markers. Simple but powerful presentation. This class, makes you think, about the way you think and speak. Learn to pay attention to your audience and how you interact. Great presentation for people who have to respond verbally on their feet, such as first responders, ER doctors and nurses, as well as spouses and parents. Once was so good, I went back and gained more knowledge. Ever watch a good movie or read a good book more than once? Always pick something up you missed the first time . Highly recommended to any and all.

I have experience with two sessions of Mentally Tougher. The first session was a group of healthcare professionals and the second session was with a D1 collegiate football team.
What I enjoyed was the instructor (Mike Sherman) adapted so well to the different groups. He is an outstanding speaker, very dynamic and very articulate. He tells it like it is and really gets you excited about your profession and how to improve yourself. He has great teambuilding ideas and can bring the group together and make them perform at their best. I highly recommend Mike and his mentally tougher curriculum to anyone looking to team build, Bond, and just to be a better person. Thanks for outstanding classes.
